Rebecca “Becca” Decker, DBA, PMP, recently joined the Southern Colorado Technology Alliance and Catalyst Campus as the marketing and business engagement manager.

Decker launched her career as an imagery analyst and mission planner for the U-2 mission while serving in the U.S. Air Force, which led to jobs with Boeing, BAE Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in business administration, and in 2015, received a doctorate of business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Alliant International University.
